If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please kindly give us 24 hours notice. This helps us keep our day organized so that we can serve all of our patients as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Please remember to bring all of your x-ray, ultrasound, MRI or CT films with you to your appointment for a complete assessment of your condition. In addition, please bring with you any previous treatment devices you have used for your condition to date, for example, arch supports, braces and padding.
